I won this Deborah Lippmann Collection nail polish in "Happy Birthday" about a year ago as part of a cool giveaway from Daily Candy. (If you remember my amazing orange floral caftan, that was from the same giveaway.)
Though I've worn it a few times in the past, it has sat in my black "makeup box" for ages, just waiting for the right occasion to be worn. Tonight, I'm attending the Clever Girls Rock Star Party. What better occasion for sparkles than that?
